Our Returns Policy

In an ideal world every order we deliver would be perfect, but we know that mistakes happen or an item is faulty. Because of this we have a returns policy that lets you know, in addition to your statutory rights, how to return goods that are not required.

Returns:
We will refund or replace any item returned to us within 30 days of receipt, in an unused condition and in its original packaging. Postage to cover the cost of returning non-faulty goods for exchange or refund is the responsibility of the customer. Please clearly label all returns as ‘Screenbound Direct Returns’, include your name, address, daytime telephone number, the reason for the return, along with your wish to refund or exchange the item. Once the 30 day period is over, we reserve the right to not refund any item returned in a used condition, but we will exchange products that are deemed to be faulty. Although your account can be debited immediately for purchase, please allow  up to 10 working days for your account to be credited, due to the refund process.

Repairs & Replacement:
All products from Screenbound Direct are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days. Our guarantee does not cover damage from misuse. Please note that replacement items cannot be sent out until the original item has been returned to us in secure packaging.
